Municipal Group

Randy Kriscunas, P.E. - Engineer
“I'll always remember the year they closed Michigan Tech for the first time in school history -- and the 325 inches of snow that year. You have to be able at times to adapt with the conditions in order to accomplish what you set out to do.”
This ability to adapt and remain flexible has no doubt aided Randy to develop his highly successful and proven abilities in the field of municipal and environmental engineering. As the Indiana Group Manager as well as the Indianapolis office manager, he has overseen a wide variety of projects, including
- Evaluation and upgrade/expansion of municipal facilities
- Design and construction of new municipal facilities
- Environmental studies
- Soils and groundwater remediation
- Solid waste management planning, design, and construction certification
This experience has led Randy to a diverse set of projects that includes water and wastewater treatment facilities, sewer collection systems, municipal well supplies and water systems, pumping stations, sewer rehabilitation, infiltration/inflow studies and water/sewer rate and user charge studies.
Randy also has experience in Rural Development Preliminary Engineering and Environmental Reports along with SRF Project Plans for water and wastewater projects. His awareness and assistance empowers communities to seek grant and low-interest loan funding. Without this type of financial support, many communities would be challenged to get their projects from the drawing board to construction.
In his free time, Randy enjoys photography and making contacts around the world as a licensed ham radio operator.
