Schematic and final design for three miles of bike/walkway paths, railroad bridge renovation to pedestrians, overall master plan, restroom facilities, parking lot with conversion to a skating rink. DNR and MDOT funding. This project was awarded the 1997 Design Award from the Michigan Recreation and Parks Association.
