Congratulations to MEDC Winners

Several congratulations are in order for the 14 communities receiving $23.2 million for infrastructure upgrades from the MEDC ICE program. F&V attended two award ceremonies yesterday.

Congratulations to the Village of Roscommon for receiving a $2 million check Thursday from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC). The Village is one of 14 communities to receive an Infrastructure Capacity Enhancement (ICE) grant only one of three to get the maximum grant amount. F&V helped write the grant application and design sanitary sewer gravity main, wastewater lift station upgrades and water main replacements and will oversee construction totaling $2.3 million. The Village of Roscommon is one of 9 F&V clients receiving grants totaling more than $15 million.

Congratulations to the City of Lapeer for receiving a $1,869,000 check Thursday from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC). The City is one of 14 communities to receive an Infrastructure Capacity Enhancement (ICE) grant. F&V helped write the grant application and design sanitary sewer and pump station improvements and will oversee construction totaling $2.1 million. The City of Lapeer is one of 9 F&V clients receiving grants totaling more than $15 million.
