In an effort to expand engineering services, Fleis & VandenBrink (F&V) added two senior-level project managers at its Indianapolis office.
Paul W. Vincent, PE, and Sri Venugopalan, PE, have joined F&V. The office is located at 140 Washington Pointe Drive.
“We’re excited about what Paul and Sri bring to F&V,” said Troy N. Stahl, Principal and Indiana Office Regional Manager. “And we’re looking forward to continued expansion of services and staff to meet our client needs.”
Vincent joins F&V after 18 years of engineering experience in water and wastewater projects. He has spent the last decade as a client services manager and manager of a civil engineering group.
Vincent will lead F&V’s water / wastewater group in Indianapolis.
“We want to showcase our vast water / wastewater experience as a firm,” Stahl added. “And we’re looking for Paul to provide that leadership.”
Vincent, whose expertise includes all aspects of drinking water, wastewater and stormwater projects, will also provide additional support to water/wastewater clients in the Fort Wayne area.
Vincent has a bachelor’s degree in in Civil Engineering from Purdue University graduate. His post graduate work includes studying Environmental Law, Environment Engineering, Public Management Economics and Sustainable Community Development.
Venugopalan has 10 years of experience working in the Indianapolis area.
“Sri has many close relationships and contacts and is very well respected by his clients,” Stahl said.
Venugopalan has worked on many transportation projects including those in the ‘Rebuild Indy’ campaign where he led the Resident Project Representative/Inspectors group.
“I’m looking for Sri to provide that same leadership here at F&V,” Stahl added. “He will take the lead in building our construction group and providing business development opportunities within the area.”
Venugopalan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Kerala (India). He earned his Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Wayne State University and worked in Detroit before moving to Indiana in 2007.
With two offices in Indiana and seven in Michigan, F&V currently employs nearly 190 individuals and is a full-service engineering / architectural firm with specialists in the municipal, private and industrial sectors.
