Instructions for Bidding

  • 1 You must be a Planholder of Record to submit a bid. To become a Planholder of Record, contractors can obtain official bidding documents by contacting F&V offices at 616.977.1000 or by emailing bidroom@fveng.com.
  • 2 Bid documents downloaded from plan rooms with the NOT FOR BIDDING watermark will not be accepted.
  • 3 Failure to obtain official bidding documents from F&V may result in the rejection of your bid.
