Project Summary
The Greater Michigan Oral Surgeons and Dental Implant Center wanted to expand its operations in east Michigan and open a new 6,200-plus square foot medical office, with a patient pick-up area, in the City of Midland.
F&V provided topographic survey, site planning and civil engineering services, site plan processing for approval and permits and easement exhibits. F&V also completed a foundation and final ALTA survey.
An underground detention system was constructed due to the limited space for traditional storm water detention. The 1.57-acre site also includes extensive landscaping to meet the City’s requirements, two public hydrants and a 6-foot-high masonry screen wall.
