Fleis & VandenBrink is pleased to sponsor the Mid-East Branch APWA’s Third Annual Les Bland Memorial Scholarship Golf Outing in memory of APWA member Les Bland. Proceeds from the golf outing will go to support a scholarship to the Michigan Public Services Institute in Les’ memory. The golf outing will be at Sandy Ridge Golf Course in Midland on September 25, 2023.
