F&V provided design and construction engineering services for a 375 foot ADA accessible and universal access boardwalk.

F&V assisted in ‘reimaging’ the downtown area, providing design and construction administration with a Community Development Block Grant.

F&V worked with the City and the Downtown Muskegon Development Corporation to redevelop the former 23 acre downtown mall site.
