Project Summary
The Village had a section of Kinsey Street, between Maple and Johnson streets, that was severely deteriorated, had inadequate drainage and sanitary sewer. The Village received funding from the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) to reconstruct the street.
F&V provided funding assistance, design, and construction engineering.
Close coordination was required between the project team and Caledonia Farmers Elevator, a large custom animal feed manufacturing cooperative on Kinsey Street, to maintain elevator operations during the road reconstruction.
