Roth Street Bridge Improvements
Project Overview
The Roth Street bridge over the Hersey River was built in 1979 and needed maintenance, repairs and resurfacing to extend its useful life. The project included replacement of the asphalt wearing surface, expansion joint replacement, box beam repairs, gabion basket repairs, approach sidewalk replacement and related work.
F&V provided design and construction engineering services.
The improvements prevented premature deterioration of the bridge, restored the function of the structure, and extended its useful life.
