F&V provided site planning, engineering, and construction documents, staking, and as-built documents for an assisted living community.

F&V provided a feasibility study for a new fire station on an existing town property and helped with the OCRA grant application.

F&V provided conceptual planning, cost opinions, grant application assistance, design & construction documents, & construction administration.

F&V was engaged to look at a new approach on increasing overall site safety of the Lakewood Elementary School parking lot.

F&V did topographic survey, site planning and civil engineering services, site plan processing for approval and permits and easement exhibits.

F&V designed a new facility that included public restrooms and a covered fish cleaning station featuring four stainless steel tables.

F&V provided design and construction engineering for the City of Royal Oak’s new Centennial Commons park located in the heart of downtown.

F&V’s architectural staff designed the city hall and police station with a spacious main lobby, front and rear parking, and more.

F&V assisted in ‘reimaging’ the downtown area, providing design and construction administration with a Community Development Block Grant.
